Please join us for a Zoom meeting on Saturday Feb 19th at 10 AM. I will send out the link about a week in advance of the meeting. We will be presenting a final cash flow report for 2021, 2022 YTD expenses, and a projected budget for 2022.
Thank you owners that are making sure to push your driveway snow beyond the berm on the road so as not to block it. I've only seen one place (on Bighorn Way) where someone didn't do this which partially blocked the road.
I know we had a couple of tough days where a few people had to wait to get cleared out and I would like to thank Kevin Nolan (White Tail Lane), Bill Maloney (Goat Peak Ranch Rd), and Michael Johnston (Forest Lane, Stuart Ridge Rd and Rams End Lane) for being there to help with their own equipment when we needed back up and the mailboxes cleaned out. Every time the county plows Zrebiec access to our mailboxes gets buried.
The storm on Jan 6 was the worst we have had in years and required a lot of equipment and person hours to even get to the point of making the roads passable. On Jan 6 Nelson Creek Rd and Big Horn Way were actually passable before the county even got out to do Zrebiec road.
Also thank you to everyone who has sent in their 2022 HOA dues.
