The Goat Peak Ranch CC&Rs and By Laws are in effect for all owners and guests of Goat Peak Ranch. It is important for all owners , potential buyers and realtors to be familiar with them.
If you want to report what you feel is a violation please gather all pertinent documentation, i.e. date/time, pictures, etc. and email to gproaboard@gmail.com.
If you want to report dogs running loose, report that to the county as it is a violation of Kittitas County Law
Discharge of firearms within the Goat Peak Ranch plat should be reported to law enforcement via 911 and also to the email address above as it is also a violation of our CC&Rs and subject to fines.
